Les entraînements de mills sont désormais disponibles sur l'application ultrahuman
Ultrahuman's smart ring was already equipped with features to track various biometric data points, including sleep, heart rate and recovery level. This information was then used to provide users with tailored workout suggestions.
With the new Les Mills integration, the ring offers even more diverse and challenging training options. Les Mills is known for its high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programs, strength exercises and yoga routines. These workouts are now accessible directly within the Ultrahuman app, allowing users to train with certified instructors from the comfort of their own homes.
The integration goes beyond simply providing access to Les Mills content. It uses the ring's biometric data to offer personalized workout recommendations based on the user's specific fitness level, recovery needs and goals.
For example, if a user has had a restful night's sleep and their recovery metrics indicate they're ready for a more intense workout, the app may suggest a Les Mills HIIT session. Conversely, if the user is feeling fatigued, the app will recommend a lower-intensity recovery workout or rest day.
This feedback loop enables the user to optimize their training and see tangible improvements in their fitness over time.
The Les Mills integration is part of Ultrahuman's PowerPlug feature, which requires a paid subscription. The PowerPlug package starts at $11.99 per month or $99.99 per year, offering users access to a wider range of third-party services and premium features.
